Journal

The Ancestral Searcher is the official journal of the Heraldry & Genealogy Society of Canberra Inc. The Journal is published quarterly and available without charge to financial members of the Society and affiliated bodies. Kindred Societies can receive the journal on an exchange basis.

Contents and Index

We publish online the table of contents of the most recent number and the author and subject index of all volumes from 1976 to 2003.

Copies of articles in the Journal can be obtained from the Society for the standard inter-library loan fee of $13.20.

Contributions

Contributions to the journal are welcome and should be sent (preferably on floppy disk or by email or CD, plus a hard copy version) to the Editor at the Society's address.

Back copies

Back copies are available at the following prices

For numbers published within the last five years: $5.00 each.

The price includes postage within Australia.

Copying of Journal Articles

Copies of articles printed in the Ancestral Searcher may be supplied at a cost of $13.20 per article.

Advertising

Advertisements and readers queries may be published in the Ancestral Searcher.

Readers' Queries up to 60 words:

Members - No charge;
Nonmembers - $27.50.

Rates for Advertisements:

Full page for four consecutive issues - $290;
Half page for four consecutive issues - $150;
Full page for one issue only - $110;
Half page for one issue only - $60.

A 5% discount is applicable to advertisers who are members of the Society.

All prices include GST.
